Connectivity lost within the pod after restarting the compute node Network Service
Issue
After restarting the Network Service in an OpenShift compute node, the pods that are running on this node are unable to reach any other hosts over the network. If the Docker Service is restarted then the pods are able to reach other hosts over the network.
