Stored procedure REF_CURSOR support for DB2 in Hibernate
Issue
Attempts to use a REF_CURSOR stored procedure with DB2 fail with:
Dialect [org.hibernate.dialect.DB2Dialect] not known to support REF_CURSOR parameters.
