After updating resource agents package, IPaddr2 resource start time was increased by 4 seconds.
Issue
After updating the resource agents package to version resource-agents-3.9.5-105.el7_4.2 the IPaddr2 resource start time has increased by 4 seconds instead of immediately starting.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 7 (with the High Availability Add On)
pacemaker- resource-agents-3.9.5-105.el7_4.2.x86_64
