Modifying the list of roles available via the Membership page in OpenShift 3.9 WebUI

Issue

In Resources>Membership UI page of OpenShift 3.9, we cannot see custom roles when we try to edit the membership and assign a role to a user. But when we check the "show hidden roles" field at the bottom, we can see those roles. Is there a way, we can get our custom roles while we edit without checking the "show hidden roles".
How can I view extra roles in the membership tab when adding roles to users via the WebUI?
