Unable to associate floating IP to Instance.

Issue

Error coming while associating floating IP to Instance:-

(overcloud) [stack@undercloud ~]$ openstack server add floating ip  test_vm 192.168.24.222
Unable to associate floating IP 192.168.24.222 to fixed IP 30.30.30.3 for instance b05efe25-f5e6-4e62-8e16-5076ecccacf2. Error: External network 9a03c443-8094-4479-9919-f60be853f775 is not reachable from subnet dea19879-9807-4fa3-9607-051d63f665bb.  Therefore, cannot associate Port 9720d3b6-fc61-4dd0-a279-13dc4615df82 with a Floating IP.
