Manually fix gluster peer status

Issue

'gluster peer status' has the wrong information for one of the nodes.

Example:

[root@gluster01 ~]# gluster peer status
Number of Peers: 2

Hostname: gluster03
Uuid: d5777dd9-02da-480e-8e2c-73e431da6c34
State: Peer in Cluster (Connected)

Hostname: gluster02
Uuid: fa030008-c366-4a26-9e75-4838e72ecde8
State: Peer in Cluster (Connected)
[root@gluster02 ~]# gluster peer status
Number of Peers: 2

Hostname: gluster01
Uuid: ba06dfe2-1581-427a-b18b-2c1c7e7006d2
State: Peer in Cluster (Connected)
