Delay starting audio recording using Windows virt-viewer with Spice.
Issue
Issue happens with Windows 7 and Windows 10 guests when user connects over SPICE with virt-viewer from a Windows desktop, recording applications that demonstrate delay include (but not limited to) Phonerlite and Windows Audio Recorder. The delay is several seconds and it takes longer with each attempt to initiate a new recording.
Environment
On the Windows client, virt-viewer version 6.0.256, which is the latest version available from the RHV UI .
