Unable to apply puppet module from satellite server: "Could not find relationship target"

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

  • I have spent the last month re-writing the Control-M Agent installation/configuration puppet module.
  • The new module works perfectly when run locally on both RHEL6 and RHEL7 test systems.
  • But when I upload the new module and applied it to our TEST lifecycle environment I get the following error when I attempt to apply the module ON THE SAME RHEL7 TEST system:-
# puppet agent -t --tags=controlm_agent --verbose
