The installation fails when the node service has to be restarted when having 2 NICs on Openshift Container Platform 3

Issue

Installation fails at Restart Node phase when using 2 NICs (Network Interfaces).

Installation logs:

RUNNING HANDLER [openshift_node : restart node] *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
FAILED - RETRYING: restart node (3 retries left).

At Master journal logs:

 node.host.com atomic-openshift-node[3968]: subnets.go:147] HostIP "172.0.0.0" for local subnet does not match with nodeIP "172.0.0.0", Waiting for master to update subnet for node "node.host.com" ...
 node.host.com atomic-openshift-node[3968]: cni.go:171] Unable to update cni config: No networks found in /etc/cni/net.d
 node.host.com atomic-openshift-node[3968]: kubelet.go:2129] Container runtime network not ready: NetworkReady=false reason:NetworkPluginNotReady message:docker: network plugin is not ready: cni config uninitialized
