Can't remove the major/minor specific device numbers running lvchange.

Issue

Removing the major/minor specific device numbers running lvchange gets failed with following error messages.

[root@localhost ~]# lvchange --persistent n /dev/testvg/testlv
  Command on LV testvg/testlv uses options that are invalid with LV properties: lv_is_thick_origin .
  Command not permitted on LV testvg/testlv.
