Undertow location is not enabled through mod_cluster
Issue
- We added a custom location to our Undertow subsystem, but this context is not enabled through our modcluster balancer:
<location name="/images" handler="images-handler"/>

- JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) 7.0.x
- JBoss Core Services (JBCS) httpd
- mod_cluster
