Issue

  • Periodically, we can see in /var/log/messages the following messages:
Jun 27 11:33:00 localhost kernel: sd 0:2:0:0: [sdX] tag#0 FAILED Result: hostbyte=DID_ERROR driverbyte=DRIVER_OK
Jun 27 11:33:00 localhost kernel: sd 0:2:0:0: [sdX] tag#0 CDB: Read(10) 28 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
