logging-fluentd:v3.9.31 image fails to pull
Issue
When trying to install or update the logging stack to 3.9.1 the following error occurs.
Failed to pull image
"registry.access.redhat.com/openshift3/logging-fluentd:v3.9.31": rpc error:
code = Unknown desc = error parsing HTTP 404 response body: invalid character
'F' looking for beginning of value: "File not found.\""
