[RHEL6/5] Why does sosreport throw message "one or more processes are in state D"?

Following messages found during executing
sosreport
(which is included in sos-2.2-/sos-1.7-), why ? ( sosreport in sos-3.2 or later does not show this messages)sosreport (version 2.2)
