RHV : HA VMs end up in split brain scenario when host goes non-responsive.
Issue
- The hypervisor host goes into a non-responding mode.
- HA VM"s are started on a new host.
- Hypervisor recovers to resume the VM operation resulting in VM running on two different hosts resulting in split-brain situation and filesystem corruption.
