OpenStack Director EOL and Ceph EOL mismatch

Issue

According to https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/openstack/platform, Red Hat OpenStack Platform (OSP) EOL dates are:

OSP 7 is EOL August 5th 2018
OSP 8 is EOL April 20th 2019
OSP 9 is EOL August 24th 2019

According to https://access.redhat.com/articles/1372203, Red Hat Ceph EOL dates are:

Ceph 1.3 is EOL June 30, 2018

If Red Hat Ceph was deployed as a standalone cluster, then no problems arise. The Ceph cluster can be upgraded and is backwards compatible with the Ceph 1.3 client libraries installed on OSP 7 - 9 controllers and compute nodes.

However, Red Hat OpenStack Platform can deploy Red Hat Ceph. In OSP 7,8,9, the Director installer deploys Ceph 1.3. As of OSP 10, Red Hat OpenStack Platform deploys and manages Ceph 2.

How will Red Hat support Director deployed Ceph Platforms for OSP 7 through 9, after June 30th 2018?
