Why Am I Receiving a `connection closed` Error when Trying to Connect to an Isolated Node with Ansible Tower?

Issue

After a successful build of an isolated node in Ansible tower the node will is unavailable for jobs and updates. SSH connection to the isolated node is being terminated.
