RHEL6: cachefilesd uses 100% of cpu

'%CPU' of top-command becomes 100% when cachefilesd exec

Checked top and found out that cachefilesd uses 100% of cpu resources.
# ps -eo pcpu,user,args | sort -k1 -nr | head
99.7 root cachefilesd -f /etc/cachefilesd.conf
7.0 foo /usr/bin/python /foo/bar
4.9 foo /usr/bin/python /foo/bar
4.8 foo /usr/bin/python /foo/bar
4.0 foo /usr/bin/python /foo/bar
3.1 foo /usr/bin/python /foo/bar
3.1 foo /usr/bin/python /foo/bar
1.6 foo sshd: foo@bar
1.4 root sshd: foo [priv]
