  • Do dirty page allocations take HugePages into account?
  • Do dirty writeback thresholds based on dirty ratios (kernel tunables dirty_ratio and dirty_background_ratio) take allocated HugePages into account?

For example, if dirty_ratio is set to 10% on a system with 100Gb RAM and 90Gb of HugePages allocated, does the calculated threshold become 10Gb (10% of total RAM) or 1Gb (10% of available RAM)?
