Snapshot tab of a VM doesn't show any snapshots and reports java.lang.NullPointerException: html is null in UI.log

Issue

  • In RHV-Manager UI: Snapshots disappear after few seconds. When we select a specific VM in the RHVM UI and click on the Snapshots tab, the list of snapshots disappear after 1-2 seconds. We can see exceptions in the /var/log/ovirt-engine/ui.log. 
Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException: html is null
