Issue
An error like the following appears in the database migration process of an Ansible Tower upgrade:
ImportError: /lib64/libcrypto.so.10: version `OPENSSL_1.0.2' not found (required by /var/lib/awx/venv/awx/lib/python2.7/site-packages/cryptography/hazmat/bindings/_openssl.so)
Environment
