heketi was not removing the LVs associated with Bricks removed when Gluster Volumes were deleted
Issue
CNS persistent volume was hanging most of the time, forever, during creation phase.
Found that this was due to the volume groups running out of extents, even though the number of PVCs was small.
Discovered from the topology info output that this was because the logical volumes were still around even when there were no bricks attached to them.
