VM based on a template doesn't inherit a password or a hostname

Issue

Randomly there is a problem with customization of a new VM created from a template (or indirectly from VM Pool)
- the root's password isn't copied from template to a new VM
- the hostname setting doesn't preserve its value
- creating VM Pool the "initial run" tab shows no hostname and a new VM started in VM Pool is changed by cloud-init
