Trying to create an instance fails with the error:

Error: Failed to perform requested operation on instance "test", the instance has an error status: Please try again later [Error: Exceeded maximum number of retries. Exceeded max scheduling attempts 3 for instance 2da5f611-329b-4cda-b013-138bf68d4a4b. Last exception: Secret not found: no secret with matching uuid '8ee43c51-f787-40a2-98b9-410190dd9087'].
