Node fenced after qdisk cycle took more than 3 seconds to complete in RHEL 5
Issue
- Node in the 2-node cluster is fenced after the qdisk-on-multipath device loses one path but the remaining path is still active.

SCSI error = 0x000d0000 (DID_REQUEUE) occurs on fenced node.

The qdisk timeout is set to 60 seconds and still fails.
