Creating a new user and adding the option "--radius-username" fails with "ipa: ERROR: attribute "ipatokenRadiusUserName" not allowed"

Issue

After giving users the privileges/rights to add/modify users and group, the option --radius-username causes creating a new IDM user to fail with the error below:

ipa: ERROR: attribute "ipatokenRadiusUserName" not allowed
