Does Red Hat OpenStack Platform 10 OVS-DPDK support deployment with Composable Services

Issue

OSP10 only supports deploying OVS-DPDK with firstboot. This implies that you would also have to configure NUMA and HugePages with firstboot as well, since they are dependencies of OVS-DPDK. This could severely limit flexibility if someone needed a mix of NFV and standard computes in one cloud.
