JBoss Developer Studio's (11.2) Fuse Tooling doesn't render graphical editor for camel files

Issue

What problem/issue/behavior are you having trouble with? What do you expect to see?

I expect to see the graphical editor and palette in dev studio.

Where are you experiencing the behavior? What environment?

Tested OSs:
Fedora 27,
Fedora 26,
Red Hat enterprise 7,
Ubuntu 17.10.1

Tested Development Studio versions:
11.3.0.GA,
11.2.0.GA,
10.4.0.GA

Fuse Tooling plugin versions:
10.3.0.v20180316-1454 (updated yesterday),
10.2.0.v20180117-1512

The error log is attached (fuse-error-log-export.log).

The graphical interface screen cap is attached (devstudio-fuse.png).

Fuse Tooling about page screen cap is attached (fuse-tooling-about.png).

I think I installed the Fuse Tooling on Eclipse Oxygen too to test, but same result.

When does the behavior occur? Frequently? Repeatedly? At certain times?

All the time
