Failed actions on pacemaker when deploying RHOSP12 with disabled StorageMgmt Network

Issue

  • Deployed Overcloud without StorageMgmt network, deploy completed successfully, but failed actions are seen in pcs status output:
Failed Actions:
* ip-_monitor_0 on ctl-prod-1 'not configured' (6): call=789, status=complete, exitreason='IP address (the ip parameter) is mandatory',

* ip-_monitor_0 on ctl-prod-0 'not configured' (6): call=804, status=complete, exitreason='IP address (the ip parameter) is mandatory',
    last-rc-change='Thu Mar  1 22:41:22 2018', queued=0ms, exec=21ms
* ip-_monitor_0 on ctl-prod-2 'not configured' (6): call=626, status=complete, exitreason='IP address (the ip parameter) is mandatory',
    last-rc-change='Fri Mar  2 14:54:40 2018', queued=0ms, exec=24ms
