How can I deploy a full standalone.xml using JBoss CLI?

Issue

I have a standalone.xml file in a GIT repository. I am trying to use the JBOSS CLI to deploy this full copy of a standalone.xml file into JBOSS EAP instance. Is there a way to do a full replacement of the standalone.xml in the running production server instance with the new one from my GIT repo using the JBOSS CLI?
