Why Am I Unable to Select Projects, Inventory, or Templates in Ansible Tower After Upgrading ?

Issue

After successfully upgrading the Ansible Tower version to later version, I am unable to select projects, inventory, or templates on UI. All the other aspects are working fine such as launching the job from API. The jobs are running fine too.

Environment

Ansible Tower > 3.0
