Namespace goes in "Terminating" state due to unprovisioned ServiceInstance

Issue

  • When delete a project, the project remains as "Terminating" status.
# oc delete project mypj

# oc get project
NAME                                DISPLAY NAME     STATUS
default                                              Active
mypj                                               Terminating
  • Why the project remains as "Terminating".
