New Locations created should have an option to display specific Provisioning Templates and Host Groups in Red Hat Satellite 6.

Issue

• When a Location is created the defaults have check-boxes checked for All Host Groups and All Provisioning Templates. There should be a way to uncheck it since it will help to manage and maintain a list of template based on that location and the kind of provisioning method used specifically to that location.
