Third party SDN plugin for OpenShift fails to install due to package conflicts with atomic-openshift-sdn-ovs
Issue
The atomic-openshift-sdn-ovs package is still installed even when openshift_use_openshift_sdn=False and another SDN plugin is used. Package conflicts are detected for the file /opt/cni/bin/loopback which is provided by the third party SDN and atomic-openshift-sdn-ovs.
For example, the nsx-cni SDN plugin may conflict:
file /opt/cni/bin/loopback from install of atomic-openshift-sdn-ovs-3.7.23-1.git.0.8edc154.el7.x86_64 conflicts with file from package nsx-cni-2.1.0.1.1.7958276-1.x86_64
