Can the default installation paths of OpenShift Enterprise be changed?

Issue

When I install an OpenShift Enterprise node it places application/gear data onto /var/lib/openshift. Can this path be changed ?
How to resolve the issue reported by oo-diagnostics report as below:

FAIL: selinux is not enabled
FAIL: quotas are not enabled on /opt
