How do I deploy a web application to specific network interfaces?

Issue

• We are going to be running on Servers that have multiple network interfaces. For security reasons, we'd like to be able to deploy our client web application on the "external" interface, but limit our supporting applications (web services, EJBs, etc) to loopback or other "internal" interfaces.
