In RHEV 3, Virtual Machine CPU load in Administrator Portal and REST API does not match

Issue

Cannot retrieve from REST API the same Virtual Machine CPU load value as in Administrator Portal.
Example:

  • Administrator Portal:

    • Virtual Machine / CPU: 2%

  • REST API (<rhev-manager>/api/vms/<vm_id>/statistics/):

    • cpu.current.guest: 5
    • cpu.current.hypervisor: 3
    • cpu.current.total: 8
