Why Doesn't Winrm Work via https/5986 and Works via http/5985 using Ansible/Ansible Tower ?
Issue
WinRM authentication over http/5985 works while authentication over https/5986 fails.
Environment
Ansible >=2.3
Ansible Tower >=3.1.x
