Issue

On a VM created using Red Hat provided kvm-qcow2 (rhel-server-7.4-x86_64-kvm.qcow2) images, why product id certificate is not getting downloaded for add-on products?
While installing packages from Oracle Restricted Maintenance (rhel-7-server-restricted-maintenance-oracle-java-rpms) repository, it does not download the product certificate file (435.pem)
