"Provisioned Service" can not be deleted, it's marked with "The service was marked for deletion."

Issue

We created a application from a template. After delete "Provisioned Service" from GUI, it was just showing "The service was marked for deletion.", and not getting deleted at all.
We can not delete the whole project either.

The events for this delete is as below:

6:29:23 PM  Warning Deprovision Blocked By Existing Credentials     Delete instance blocked by existing ServiceBindings associated with this instance. All credentials must be removed first
