Issue
Inheritance of ACLs cvould be problem when accessing a gluster volume via SMB. This is because posix ACLs to windows ACLs mapping is lossy. So if options like "inheric acls = yes" does not help, then the only way to ensure proper inheritance of the permissions from the samba share to the underlying folders or files is to make use of acl_xattr vfs module
