Do High Availability clusters built in KVM virtual machines require the use of clvmd to manage shared storage devices?
Issue
We're building a High Availability cluster utilizing KVM based virtual machines. Is it required that we utilize clvmd to manage our cluster storage in an active/active capacity, or can an active/passive methodology be utilized?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 with High Availability or Resilient Storage
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 with High Availability or Resilient Storage
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 with High Availability or Resilient Storage
