Pulling image from docker.io in the proxy environment and docker.io is blocked

Issue

• How to pull the image from docker.io when the docker.io is added as a BLOCK_REGISTRY and blocked by the proxy?
• We do not want to push the image to all the nodes in the cluster instead want to push the image to cluster's registry only.
