Issue

• When trying to install the Red Hat Storage Console (yum install rhsc) and receiving the following error/warning:

  warning: rpmts_HdrFromFdno: Header V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, key ID fd431d51: NOKEY
  
  Public key for woodstox-stax2-api-3.1.1-1.redhat_2.ep6.el6.4.noarch.rpm is not installed
  

  The referenced package is being supplied by jbappplatform-6-x86_64-server-6-rpm RHN channel:

   woodstox-core                      noarch 4.1.1-1.redhat_2.ep6.el6.4           jbappplatform-6-x86_64-server-6-rpm 1.9 M
   woodstox-stax2-api                 noarch 3.1.1-1.redhat_2.ep6.el6.4           jbappplatform-6-x86_64-server-6-rpm 334 k
  

• Are these packages that are being distributed via official RHN channel improperly signed? Is that package legitimate? Is this a human error or potentially indicative that the package has been compromised (malware or simple corruption)?

• Installing any other package from the JBoss channel also fails with the key error.
