[Satellite6] After upgrading Satellite 6.2.12 to 6.2.13, registration and deletion of hosts takes a long time
Issue
- Up until a few weeks ago registration of a new host would take 5-10 seconds.
- Currently this takes more than 2 minutes.
- Deletion of a host takes more than 2 hours, if the task finishes at all.
- Satellite server has been patched from 6.2.12 to 6.2.13

- Red Hat Satellite 6.2.13
