Regenerating certificates in RHEV fails when creating CA
Issue
It is not possible to create a new CA certificate for RHEV Manager using a script:
/usr/share/ovirt-engine/bin/pki-create-ca.sh
The script terminates giving the following error message:
error, no object specified in config file
