RHEL 5.4 SAN partitions not created following reboot
Issue
- When system booted, several partitions were not presented under /dev/mapper
- Second node had all paths
- flushing device-mapper-multipath created the devices
- vgscan and vgchange allowed access to them.
Environment
- Upgraded from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.2 to 5.4
