Files not seen on virt-manager, while adding storage device (iso boot disk)

Issue

  • Running a windows guest virtual machine. The operating system crashed recently and windows boot manager requested insert windows CD and boot into repair mode. While trying to adding the ISO disk into virtual machine, the ISO image file was not visible on the browse window from the "select managed or other existing storage" and "Browse Local" button is disabled.
