Issue

Does etcd needs to be restarted after removing one old etcd node?
Shouldn't new node also be removed from the etcd.conf file on remaining members?
I also noticed new-etcd hosts is not present in the ETCD_INITIAL_CLUSTER var in old members. Shouldn't this be altered when adding a new member?
