Build error due to change in default configuration for secure docker registry.

Issue

• The default documented configuration for securing docker registry in v3.6 is missing docker-registry.default.svc in hostname.
• Upgrading from v3.5 to v3.6 would retain the old default docker registry configuration and would not update the default hostname to docker-registry.default.svc.
